Effective date: August 30, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Meidly platform (meidly.com), operated by Meidly (SASU, SIREN 989 292 016). Meidly is a suite of tools designed to help you analyze the signals that really matter, prioritize what comes next, and activate the right experts at the right time. By accessing or using the platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.
Meidly is a B2B SaaS platform that helps you analyze key signals, prioritize actions and connect with the right experts. By using it, you agree to only submit content you are legally entitled to share, to respect the usage rules and not to abuse the platform. AI analyses are indicative only: they support your decisions, they are not meant to assess employees or to make automated decisions about a person, and you review any generated content before sending it. You remain the owner of your content, though you grant Meidly a license to process it. Credits are non-refundable except in the event of a documented technical failure on our part.

These Terms govern the conditions of access and use of the Meidly platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), accessible at meidly.com, published by Meidly (SASU, SIREN 989 292 016), represented by Dalil CHABLIS. Meidly offers a modular suite of tools, the available features of which may evolve over time.
Meidly is a B2B SaaS platform offering a suite of tools to help professionals analyze key signals, prioritize actions and activate the right experts. The platform includes in particular:
Certain features, in particular transcription, AI analysis and the content generated by the tools, consume credits. Credits are purchased in batches through Stripe and credited to your account. The cost depends on the action performed: the analysis of a call is billed according to its duration, and every other paid action displays its cost in credits before you confirm it. The applicable pricing grid is the one displayed on the platform at the time the action is launched, and it may change at any time for future actions. Complimentary credits are granted when you create your account so that you can try out the platform. Your balance is visible at any time from the account settings.
Credits are debited when an action is launched, not when its result is delivered, and consumption is final as soon as the action has been performed. Credits have no monetary value, are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash. A result you consider unsatisfactory, incomplete or not matching your expectations does not constitute a technical failure and does not give rise to any restitution: only the cases listed in article 8.2 do. Where an action fails for a technical reason attributable to the platform, the credits consumed are automatically restored to the account that was debited. Certain actions are billed in packs of a fixed volume, in which case the unused part of a pack stays attached to the search it was bought for and covers your next action of the same kind on that search. It is neither transferable, nor convertible into credits, nor refundable, and it disappears with the search.
Access to the full feature set requires creating an account, either with an email address and password or via Google (OAuth). You must be at least 18 years old to register.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and any action taken from your account is attributed to you. Should you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately at contact@meidly.com.
The platform is reserved for legitimate professional use. In particular, it is prohibited to:
By uploading audio or video call files, you represent that you have complied with all applicable legal obligations relating to the recording of conversations, including obtaining the consent of the parties where required under the GDPR or applicable national law. Since Meidly has no way of verifying the lawfulness of uploaded files, all liability in this respect rests entirely with you.
Meidly is a platform exclusively intended for professionals acting in the course of their business activities. It is not designed for consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Code. By creating an account, you declare that you are acting in a professional capacity and acknowledge that the protective provisions of consumer law do not apply to you in the context of these Terms.
Some features let you import data from third-party platforms (for example your LinkedIn profiles) into your workspace, in particular via our browser extension. When you use these features, you represent that you comply with the terms of use of the platform concerned, and you use them at your own risk. The access conditions of these platforms are outside Meidly's control and may change at any time. Meidly cannot be held liable for any restriction, suspension or closure of your account on a third-party platform, nor for any loss resulting from the use of these import features.
You warrant that you hold all rights and a valid legal basis to import and process the data concerned, in compliance with the third-party platform's terms and with applicable data protection law (in particular the GDPR), including any information or consent of the persons concerned that may be required. The import features are provided as a tool only, on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee of result, continuity or compliance with any given platform's terms, which may change at any time. You agree to indemnify and hold Meidly, its officers and partners harmless from any claim, action, proceeding, damage, penalty or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the import features, from any data you import, or from any breach of this article, whether brought by a third-party platform, by a person whose data was imported, by an authority or by any other third party.
Some features offer you an AI-generated draft message, in particular from our browser extension, inside the messaging interface of a third-party platform. A suggestion is a draft: it is never sent by Meidly, and no message leaves your account without an action of your own. You remain the author and the sender of the message, you must read it before sending it, and you are solely responsible for its content as well as for complying with the terms of use of the platform concerned and with the rules applicable to commercial prospecting. Meidly does not warrant the accuracy or the relevance of a suggestion, which may contain errors.
You retain full ownership of the files you upload and the data they contain. By using the service, you grant Meidly a limited, non-exclusive license to process these files solely for the purpose of delivering the service, namely transcription, analysis and storage. This license automatically terminates when the file is deleted or the account is closed. The transcriptions and analyses automatically generated from your content are made available to you and belong to you in full. Meidly retains no rights over these outputs beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the service.
The interface, algorithms, trademarks and all other elements of the platform are the exclusive property of Meidly. Any reproduction, modification or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.
Where your use of the platform involves processing personal data of third parties, Meidly acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, and you act as the data controller. The full terms of the data processing agreement (DPA) are set out in section 14 of the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The results produced by Meidly's AI features, including transcriptions, analyses, scores, search criteria, message sequences and drafting suggestions, are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or inaccurate statements. They are provided for informational purposes only, as decision support, and do not constitute legal, commercial, financial or professional advice of any kind. Meidly is bound by an obligation of means only and makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, relevance or profitability of any result in any given situation. You must review every result before acting on it, and you remain solely responsible for how you interpret it, use it and disseminate it.
Within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, Meidly acts as the provider of the AI systems built into the platform, and you act as the deployer of those systems when you use them in the course of your professional activity. Meidly informs you of the intended purpose of each tool, of its known limitations and of the level of human oversight expected, through these Terms and through the documentation available from the platform. As a deployer, it is your responsibility to use these tools in accordance with their intended purpose, to maintain effective human oversight over their results, to assign their use to sufficiently competent persons and to inform the persons concerned wherever applicable law requires it. Unless Meidly agrees otherwise in writing, in particular under a white-label offer, you may not place your own name or trademark on the tools, substantially modify them, integrate them into a high-risk AI system or change their intended purpose. Should you do so, you would assume the role of provider within the meaning of the Regulation, together with all resulting obligations, and you would indemnify Meidly against the consequences.
The content produced by the platform, in particular analyses, message sequences and drafting suggestions, is generated by artificial intelligence and is presented as such in the interface. These features perform an assistive drafting function: the proposed content is a draft that you review, amend where appropriate and disseminate under your sole responsibility, so that you remain its author and its sender. You undertake to carry out that review before any dissemination and never to present generated content as emanating from a person who is not its author. Where applicable law requires the recipient to be told that a content was generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, it is your responsibility, as the sender, to provide that information. You indemnify Meidly against any claim by a recipient or a third party relating to content you have disseminated.
Meidly's tools are intended to analyse commercial conversations and to support business development. They are intended neither for human resources purposes nor for automated decision-making about a person. You are prohibited in particular from using them to:
The scores and indicators produced by call analysis relate to how a commercial conversation unfolded and do not constitute a measurement of a person's professional performance. Any use contrary to this article falls under your sole responsibility, may lead to the suspension of your account under the conditions of article 11, and you indemnify Meidly and its officers against any claim, proceeding, penalty or cost arising from it.
In accordance with article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, you undertake to ensure that the persons who use the platform within your organisation have a sufficient level of understanding of how artificial intelligence systems work, of their limitations and of the risks they carry, in proportion to the use they make of them. Meidly makes the documentation available from the platform for that purpose.
Meidly selects the AI models and providers used for each task and may change them at any time, in particular to improve quality, availability or cost. The results are probabilistic by nature: two runs of the same action, at different times or on different content, may produce different results. Meidly therefore gives no guarantee of reproducibility, of stability over time or of continuity of a given result, and no such change can give rise to any restitution of credits or to any compensation.
The professional profiles you import into Meidly join a base the other customers of the platform can search, and you can search that base in return. This reciprocity is a condition of the service: importing is what puts a profile in the base, and searching it is open to every customer on the same terms. A search runs on the name and the headline only, by keyword comparison, and it is always started by you: Meidly never sweeps the base on its own initiative for your account. Nothing identifying is shown before you unlock a profile, only a count. A profile your account already holds is left out of what is offered to you, and is therefore never sold to you twice: the perimeter is that of the account that pays, meaning the company and its owner when the workspace belongs to a company, and you alone otherwise. A profile imported into a company workspace stays acquired by that company, whichever member imported it. You warrant that you had a valid legal basis to import each profile, and that you did not import data obtained in breach of a third party terms of use or of a confidentiality obligation. Meidly may withdraw any profile from the base, restrict your access to it, or suspend or close the base entirely, at any time, without notice, without having to give a reason and without any compensation or restitution of credits.
A profile from the shared base is matched to your criteria on its name and its headline only, by a keyword comparison and without any human or artificial intelligence assessment. It is a lead to qualify, never a qualified prospect, and Meidly gives no guarantee as to its accuracy, its freshness, its relevance to your offer, nor as to the reachability or the interest of the person. The credits spent on an unlock pay for the search and the disclosure, not for a result, and are not refundable on the ground that a profile turned out to be irrelevant. Once a profile is disclosed to you, you become data controller for the use you make of it, you must inform the person and honour their rights under the applicable regulation, and you remain solely responsible for the lawfulness of your prospecting.
Any person appearing in the shared base may ask to be removed from it, without holding an account, by writing to contact@meidly.com. Meidly then erases them from the base and records the request so that a later import cannot bring them back. You undertake to honour such a request on your side for any profile disclosed to you, to stop using the data concerned and to erase it, including from your exports and your own tools. You indemnify Meidly against any claim, action or penalty arising from your use of a profile from the base, from a breach of the warranties in article 6.7 or from a failure to honour a person rights. To rely on this indemnity, Meidly notifies you of the claim within a reasonable time; you then cooperate in good faith, provide the information and documents needed for the defence, and you may not enter into any settlement binding Meidly without its prior written agreement. Your obligations under articles 6.7 to 6.9, in particular this indemnity and the duty to erase, survive the end of your subscription and the deletion of your account, for the duration of the applicable limitation period.
Meidly offers expert services as a complement to its automated analysis tools. These services include, among others, human review of your calls by a Meidly expert and matchmaking with selected specialists suited to your context. The available expert services may evolve over time, and each may have a specific credit cost indicated at the time of ordering.
Meidly strives to guarantee the quality of the expert services it provides or facilitates. Where Meidly acts as an intermediary connecting you with a third-party specialist, that specialist's commitments are their own, and Meidly cannot be held liable for advice given by an independent expert. All feedback and recommendations from expert services are indicative and non-binding.
In the context of expert matchmaking services, Meidly acts as an intermediary and collects a commission of 20% on the pre-tax amount of each service performed. The total price displayed at the time of ordering is inclusive of all applicable taxes. The expert is remunerated directly by Meidly for 80% of the agreed pre-tax amount. Meidly issues an invoice to you for the full service amount.
Credits are purchased through Stripe, with prices displayed in euros excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address and, for a business established in another EU member state that provides a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies. An invoice is issued for every payment. All transactions are final once confirmed.
Purchased credits are non-refundable as a general rule, with two exceptions:
In case of anomaly, contact us at contact@meidly.com within 30 days.
You may enable automatic recharge from your workspace. By doing so, you authorize Meidly to keep your payment method on file with Stripe and to charge it without any further action on your part, for the amount you selected, each time your balance falls below the threshold you set. This authorization remains valid until you revoke it. You set a monthly ceiling that can never be exceeded, and you may turn the automatic recharge off at any time from the same window, without notice or fee. Every charge produces an invoice, available from the billing portal. After two consecutive failed payments, the automatic recharge is turned off. Credits purchased this way follow exactly the same rules as any others, in particular the refund policy set out in article 8.2.
Meidly strives to keep the platform available around the clock, though interruptions may occasionally occur for maintenance or technical reasons. Meidly cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from a temporary unavailability of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Meidly cannot be held liable for:
In any case, Meidly's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.
Meidly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice or refund. In the event of suspension or termination for breach, any unused credits are forfeited without compensation. You may delete your account at any time from your settings, after which your data will be retained in accordance with the retention schedule set out in the Privacy Policy. Credits remaining at the time of voluntary account deletion are also forfeited, as they are non-transferable and non-refundable by nature.
Meidly may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. In the event of a substantial change, users will be informed by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Meidly cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation natural disasters, fires, strikes, governmental decisions, pandemics, internet outages or failures of third-party sub-processors. In such an event, the affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before any legal recourse. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
